Coming to the YYCfit Seminar Stage: Healthy Legs for life – Understanding your Legs and How to Keep Them Strong and Healthy

We use them every day to get from point A to point B, and they are big part of our lives. No, not bikes. Not cars. Not public transit. Our LEGS. Keeping our legs strong and healthy is critically important to our overall health and enjoyment. This presentation will discuss why leg health is so important, and will also include a first-person account of blood clots and the potential outcomes of ignoring warning signs. Attendees will leave armed with the tools to understand their legs and keep them healthy.
