Describe your ideal day and night in Calgary
Spending the morning out for a walk in a park, an afternoon float session, an evening salt cave session followed by dinner at Yellow Door Bistro at Hotel Arts.
What are you most proud of?
Having the courage to embark on the journey of overcoming my food addiction, which created my business and the gift of supporting other people to overcome theirs without restriction, diets or quick fixes.
What are your success habits?
Always listen to myself and honor what I need.
Stay motivated, balance work and life, and grow my business from my heart and passion to help others.
Get enough sleep, eat well, move mindfully, and love every minute of it.
